### When should we start?

### Will AI assistants name the product on launch day?

We cannot promise that. AI assistants decide what they name, and they can take weeks or months to read new pages. Launch support makes sure correct facts are there to read, and the monthly report shows what they say.

### Do you need confidential launch details?

No. We need the product's working name, its category and the planned launch month. Nothing is published before your launch date and your written approval.

### Can launch support be used for a prescription medicine?
